Fruit Basket

This painting is of a fruit basket and took me approximately one week. What I love most about this painting is the variety of fruit included, as well as the fruit that has inevitably fallen out of the basket! Notice that the fruit is on green grass, meaning that someone is enjoying a nice day out on a picnic with plenty of healthy fruit to pick from.
